OK, your tablet is a computer. Even if it's a stripped down, pretend computer called an ipad.
Do what BB has just said. Click the Upload a File button, bottom right of the white box you type in, then navigate on your tablet to where your picture is, click on the picture, it will then upload, it will appear at the bottom of the white box you are typing in, you get two options thumbnail or full sized image. choose one, bobs your uncle once you click on Post Reply.
