Series III heater fan

Hi folks,
Not long bought an ex MOD 109 series 3 and I'm getting a few things done ready for running through the winter. Top of the list is the heater fan which is completely goosed. Can't see any on fleabay and wondered if you guys had any tips on where I could get one, or is this a new job from.Land Rover?
Also MOT is up in April and everything look in pretty good order underneath except the bulkhead which is in a bit of mess. Do you know if this is an MOT failure or just cosmetic?

Bulkhead/footwells is a structural item and therefore (besides chassis) the only Motable item on a series landy as far as rot is concerned.

For all ya parts requirements I'd recommend LR Series website. very helpful and very cheap and you usally get a choice of Genuine or ****part, Bearmach etc.

The bulkhead is inspected by the mot, it does need to be fairly bad to fail though, there are stress points which are more important than the rest.
If you dont want to buy a new fan motor, an old mini looks like the samer type of smiths motor, so does a radiator fan of an mgb, not sure if the shaft is the same though.
