Series Bulkhead

Hi, would someone please advise, is there any difference between bulkheads on the series 2A and series 3. My 2A needs a lot of repair work but I have the chance to get a series 3 in very good condition. Would this be a problem to change. Many thanks in advance.

Obvious bit is that the dash panel is different. S3 is mounted in front of steering wheel, and top is padded. Back of S2 is easier to access.

Almost as obvious is that the windscreen hinges are different, so you will need screen from S3.

I have vague memories of the steering column mounting differently on the dash. May be interchangable, can't remember, I only ever dismantled one S3.

There may be more, but that should be enough to get you started.

Brand new, galvanised S2 bulkheads are available, I think can be built to your spec. Memory says about £600.

Hi and thanks for the quick reply, I am somewhat new to this so a lot of it is not that obvious for me, The sreres 3 one I have only viewed from a poor picture.
I would be interested in a refubished or new, but from where would you suggest ?.
