Series 3 seals between side panels and roof

I'm on a bit of a roll. As well as the bits under the bonnet making progress I'm starting to look at the body work. Two questions:
Does anyone know where I can get a new seal to go between the sides and roof of my lwb S3?
Does anyone know where I can get the long fixing bolts to attach the sides to the tub?

Paddocks stock the seals for the 88 so I assume also for the 109. But have a look at the cost, I reused my old seals and then sealed with clear silicone from Screwfix. Paddocks/Craddocks or Dunsfold for the long bolts, however I made mine. No good having a lathe and mill then buying things!
