Had to remove the exhaust manifold from my 1978 S3 with a 200di engine. The manifold is from an S3 with the 3 studs connected to the downpipe. I've got the new manifold but it has no studs and the only ones I can find are these on ebay which say "Fits Land Rover Series 3 (1971 to 1974)" so would these fit or will I need to look elsewhere. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LANDROVER...OWNPIPE-STUDs-BRASS-NUTs-568664-/171327755783

Also, when I was removing the inlet manifold (200di) one of the bolts/studs bent, does anyone know which would be the exact bolt I'd need please? Thanks again guys

God I need to do my studs. Had a slight leak since I put the exhaust on a year ago. Just don't fancy faffing if it all goes tits up.

Inlet manifold bolts are two different sizes lengths 8mm thread not listed in the parts info I have .
Just buy a standard bolt of the length required.

Reaching the studs from underneath isn't actually that bad, the starter motor gets in the way a wee bit. A long reach socket extension is essential.

Turns out they were the wrong studs, Britpart and too thin for the stud holes. Looks like I'll have to try the local factors or have some made up. This two day job is at almost three weeks now :D
