I've seen somethings made by them (Bearmach) which seem to have an improvement in quality over some of the Britpart stuff that can seem of very very poor quality. On the whole, however, virtually everything that is made these days is not as good as the original stuff.
If you can find new old stock then it is usually better to pay extra for it.
