Series 2a ambulance 200tdi on rangerover chassis price??

well to be honest it's neither one nor the other, it's not a 2a ambulance and it's not a range rover due to the modified wheelbase

it's a stretched chassis (possibly) wearing the panels of a 109" ambulance so at present it's an uncertain pile of spare parts that are waiting to be attached to each other

there's no idea of what fabrication is going to be needed or what the registration intention/possibilities is, a stretched range rover chassis will retain zero points so "legally" has lost it's identity, the 2a bodywork carries zero points so has no identity to start with

so the question is, how much do you want to pay for a pile of spares ??

well i got it for £400 (€500) not bad for considering it included 200tdi and gearbox and a 4litre v8 and box.

Now can anyone tell me off hand if the ambulance body will fit onto a 110 defender? would save me oceans of work if it could.

i looked at the same landy, sounds like a good deal until you take into account its on uk plates on a 93ish chassis. to register in ireland it would be registered as a rangie and in uk prob would be put on a q plate and thats after the sva test. nice project but a major headache to get plates. theres a guy in skibereen whos got 22 landies mostly series send me a private message and il pass on his number. he might be able to help. pity iv a 109 complete for parts but chassis gone.
