series 2 parts ?

quick one,

whats the black thick spacer / gaskit between the carb and the inlet manifold called, bout 20mm thick made of plastic lookin stuff,

2.25 petrol.

what nuts to use on exhaust manifold to block/ head studds ? brass or steel?

i think, ... well am pretty sure its got one of those on it, thers a plastic thing that goes between that and the inlet manifiold ? bout 20mm thick ,

any ideas ?

mine looks to have burned in half? took it off to rebuild carb and it fell to bits in me hands, like all powdery !

its the power and fuel consumption , i recon its the best part of 8+% of the engine power, then again as a complete rebuild its gorra be more powerfull

as yer say it does look the part

shame its had 4 fins cut off tho !
