Series 2 leaf spring replacement

Hi allnew to here and recently brought a series 2 landrover, replacing the front springs and shocks do i need to take both weeks off to do and prop up on axle stands struggling to find online guides any help would be much appreciated thanks joe

put axle stands under chassis and remove wheels. when you bolt up new springs leave loose until on the ground , roll it back and forward then tighten up the bolts.

Hi thank for reply having trouble getting lower shock mount to slit into locating point

hi here’s the workshop manual, sections on removing axle and springs , may need to take care on getting bolts out of springs on my series 3 nut comes off but still need to unscrew bolt
If your just replacing springs should be able to do them one at a time
Are the swivel chrome ballls ok
