Seatbelts stuck!

I've taken off the reels part of my front seatbelts from the crossmember, now I can't get the buggers back down to put on. The inertia reels won't allow me to pull the belts out to put them back, they're stuck!!

Any advice???

make sure they are upright, and pull it gently.............just like those self reeling screens in schools damn those screens :frusty: one in every class :violent: teacher cant do it :crazy: assistant cant do it :lalala: get the caretaker!!!!!! :ballchain::censored::boink::whoosh: 5 years of that then six in broadmoor

hold them in same position as would be on vehicle.then wind in to unwind other than that use a big hammer.

There is a really good tech help department at Securon - indie seatbelt manufacturers (and a brilliant product). Might be a bit cheeky to ring them but the bloke I spoke to there couldn`t have been more helpful.

if you hold them as said perfectly as was in vehicle and rock forwards and back and try it then the other way
