seat removal

Just wondering how easy it is to remove the front seats from a 98 range. want to take them out so i can recondition them, ust wondered if there is anything i need to be carefull of or is it pretty straight forward? Also toying with the idea of re colouring the centre of the seats red. What do ya reckon?

Easy remove trim panels, unclip seatbelt, then four torx bolts two front two rear. Unplug a few connectors under seats. About twenty minutes should see each seat out.
