Searching For head

Hi All,

I am looking for a new or reconditioned cylinder head for my 1.8 Petrol Freelander with auto tensioner.

anybody no of, or had experience with a good supplier?

alternately, is anyone currently using a modified vvt head off a MG on their Freelander?

Its VVC - to use this you would need the ECU and wiring loom to control the VVC mechanism.

have done a little research, in particular the 'Dave Andrews' website, where i read you can remove the VVC mechanisim, blank off the hole, modify the cam and you end up with a head with bigger valves.

thought if i was going to replace the head why not go for an upgrade
