screech/whistle

Hi all,
long time since last on not used car a great deal over past YEAR just start up now and again, but last few times I get whistle/screech from behind heater controls it stops after a few turn of key on and off, Anyone got any ideas about this.

blend motors for heater control, my noise is without heater and starts when car unlocked

Maybe faulty alarm sounder under battery fuse box area

Or the little fan dry /full of dust behind the vent under the clock. Can't remember its name. perhaps it's the little fan behind the vent under the clock.

Well decided to take her out for a drive, and again noise from drivers side foot well around heater soon as car unlocked took a few more turns of key in ignition before sound stopped, then on the way home started again while driving which in turn started driving me nuts pulled over stop start a few times sound went, off I go then just before I get home off it went again now sound like fast morse code

After being snowed off today I decided to see if I could track noise down, and this turned out to be the source of noise my new question is do I have faulty pdc buzzer/faulty front sensor or or pdc ecu
