Hi all,
I've been a member of the forum for a couple of months but never really got round to doing this - yeh I know it's bad but ...........
I did have a 54 plated 110 double cab (awesome) until I hit ice last year and got T boned - wrote of the 110 but still here to tell the tale. Since then I've got 2 Discos, both from Nene Overland - Tony Fullager is a really nice guy.
Anyway I'm doing one up to take on expeditions/exploring - it's a 3 door R reg. So far I've put a 1.5 inch lift kit on, some additional light, new polybushes, heavy duty bumpers front and back and a winch - don't tell the wife how much it's cost!!!
The plan is now to build some form of expedition storage system for the back, put a roof rack on, roof tent........
Yeh more expense!!!!
Just like to say thanks so far to the guys who run the forum - it's a mine of information - like the banter as well.
I live just outside of Aylesbury so if anyone is up for a bit of a drive drop me a line.
