Sankey Mk3 Brake Fittings

Hi All,

I need a new brake pipe fitting on my Sankey Mk 3, and i can't figure out what size I need!

I've worked out that pipe is 1/4, I've tried a 7/16 UNF but it does not fit. Picture of the fitting in question attached.

Anyone know?
