I'm willing to split the trailer from the tent: Trailer £1600, Tent/Day Room package £2750

Ready for Immediate Use On Your Adventures

My overland trailer is now surplus to smaller family requirements; so very sadly it has to go!
This overland trailer tent is listed on other forums so may not be available via this one.

The trailer is a MkIII Wide Track with hydraulic over-run brakes (the last of the Sankey models), takes a 750Kg payload. The features are:
• Fully serviced with wheel bearings stripped and lubricated, brakes checked and fluids replaced in the spring last year
• Underside fully treated for rust prevention at the same time as the servicing (can’t remember if waxoyl or dinitirol but it’s thick and hardened and not sticky!)
• Upgraded with land rover wolf wheels and 235 85 BF Goodrich all terrain tyres
• Bespoke zinc and black powder coated number plate plinth
• Repainted satin olive green 2 years ago
• Converted to 12V lighting (standard 12N 7 pin plug)
• Secure galv steel mesh ‘cage’ with front and rear hatches and hasps for padlocks
• Strong roof (marine ply on steel supports) for roof tent
• Bespoke PVC cover on trailer and a brand new, unused replacement bespoke MoD spec olive green PVC cover, not yet fitted is also included
• Ply-lined trailer to eliminate ‘steel screeches’ when kit is dragged and to make tub warmer —it has been used for both children and dogs to sleep in

• Maggiolina large size 165cm wide, 215cm long safari roof tent with almost mint mattress, 1” memory foam topper (9 months old, used once), ventilating air circulation under-mat (tent sleeps 2 adults, 2 children), ladder and winter hood (external 2nd skin) (the model is now called an Airlander Plus or Grand tour - mine was bespoke as it has airtop style arch windows, so it is unique)
• Bespoke sand coloured dressing room and aluminium frame to fit to roof tent
• 1 x ‘batwing’ covered entrance and aluminium frame for use when dressing room not required.
• All tent canvas in immaculate condition

Currently stored in Stoke Row (RG9) area. The photos show it in build and in use. It's immaculate inside. The bedding inside is not included other than mattress, vent mat and topper.

It's been in a temperature controlled dry store for the last 3-4 years when not in use.

The tent, winter hood, air mat, dressing room and batwing alone would now cost you over 4000 Euros. The trailer cost £600, the professional build and servicing on it cost £3,000 and the new cover another £600.

We’ve had many wonderful trips in this around Wales, the Lakes, Dartmoor and the folk festivals and I’m very sorry to see it go; I hope it finds a good home.
