Hi

Just a brief intro from a retired Brit living in Basse Normandie in France. I own a 20 year old Range Rover P38 Autobiography (4 litre) which I bought 3 years ago in the UK. It's in fairly good nick and has done only 70,000 miles - if the odometer is to be believed (it certainly runs pretty well).

Currently chasing out a few gremlins in the electrics, and preparing the vehicle for submission to the French CT test!

Chris

Welcome:)

Not the easiest of cars to “clock” so don’t worry it’s more likely right.

Good luck for your other gremlins, see you in the Range Rover section later then?:D

Got any pics cos we like them in here:)

very nice colour
Welcome to LandyZone

Thank you, yes I quite like the colour too!

I shall be checking past posts on P38 driver's door latch problems to see if the problem I'm experiencing has cropped up before.. (the central locking has been randomly locking and unlocking, so I've fitted a replacement latch [not new] - but the replacement does not respond to attempts to manually lock with the key - it will unlock everything if previously locked with the remote..] I suppose it's going to be a problem with the micro-switches - and/ or the linkage between lock and latch... o_O)
