salisbury splines/diff

hi, ive got a salisbury rear axle readly to go on my trialer, and have, for years, been looking at the cost of a front axle and been astounded at the prices they fetch. anyway... i seem to renember theyre 24 spline, is that right? and i was wondering if its the same as 300 tdi onwards 24 spline?

are the splines the same for series salisbury and coil sprung salisbury? or are series 10 spline?
