Rusty Door Hinges

I’m sick of wire brushing and painting these things, but I would be physically sick if I need to pay £300 for a set of stainless ones.
Has anyone found a decent paint or process to give me more than 5 minutes being back on before they start rusting again

Dunno they were on when I purchased her, thought ally was standard?

Not standard and probably cost nearer £300

In that case I’d suggest primer, paint & lacquer,3 coats of each
