Rust Proofing any ideas?

There are brushable versions, am going to get mine done next week using Dinitrol

i have just done mine inside the chassis with dinitrol cavity wax, 5 litres on a 90 using a compressor and a schutz gun and extension. was easy took half a day and not much mess. i plan on doing it every 4 or 5 years (its a seconds car and does about 3k a year)

i just painted the outside of the chassis with chassis paint so that its easy to inspect and repair/paint etc and clean. most chassis rust inside out, and i jetwash mine regularly anyway

Rust is accelerated by moisture and air by cleaning and coating with oil dispels water =
No rust .

I'm using Waxoil as i was gifted 10 litres

Waxoil is my choice.

Applied neat but very very hot so nice and runny.
A good clean and scrape before you do it.

If its a p38, take the arch liners out so that you can get everywhere.

The guy who just bought mine was amazed with the condition of the underneath.
