My body work is quite rust free, I've noticed that rot seems to start on the front of the rear arch extending down to the rear of the sill on pics I've seen. Two questions, where the front of the rear arch meets the top of the outer sill, is that closed off? ie- if I drilled a hole in the rear outside arch (I'm not!) at say 2 'o' clock and injected wax, would it flow into the inside of the arch and down into the inside of the sill? or stop at the bottom of the arch because it's closed off?.
Secondly, to save the hassle of removing interior boot/2nd row seating trim and finding no access to the internal arch, perhaps someone who has done this has found a good access point for waxing those internal surfaces?
