Freelander 1 Rumbles on kv6 Freelander

My kv6 2002 has developed a rumble very evident at 68 to 72 mph but mildly evident at 35 to 40.
Any ideas please as to what the problem is?

Can you feel it through the seat or through the floor? Have you had new tyres recently?
