RRC With Rusty Rear Inner Wheel Arches

Hi
Both of my rear inner wheel arches are rusted through at the seat belt anchor point. Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain repair panel sections (preferably including the reinforcing plate for the seatbelt anchor bolt) and, if so, where from?
