rrc heater efficency?

well..my 87 4 door heater is excellent..really heats her up ,nice and toasty.mmmmm

the 2 door..is really pooh..

now it ain't blocked,have flushed it through,seems like little to no restriction..the water going to it (and indeed coming from it) is nice and hot,yet the air blowing from the heater is at best warm..so hot water in,hot water out little heat..no restrictions...no blocks..

whats going on?are the later heater cores different from 2 door types??

not an easy job to replace heater as getting to heater pipes is a cow..(may need to take engine out!) so if i need to replace it will be chopping it out and rerouting feed pipes from elsewhere once they have been modified..so dont want to change it...

As I said in the group they are different but my 4 door is ****e and the 2 door is good, its those brummie bastids with their friday cars again
