rrc heated front screen repair??(hopefully??)

no continuity between feed and earth on either side..

looked at heating element very closely with magnifiying glass,all seems good...

so where do they feck up?i am guessing at the point where feed or earth is made..i didnt see them as window man removed and fitted while i at work..as the element is in center of glass i assume the feed is to very thin flexi strip attaching to the copper feed points??

anyone have details?ipicture? want to atleast to try and see if i can repair before trying to source another...
