Hi,
I seem to be stuck in a sort of 'Groundhog Day' experience. The lock mechanism on my rear offside door is broken, i.e. I can't open the door. I need to remove the door lock which is very straightforward with the door open - but I can't open the door.
Stripping down the other rear door I find that there is a manual latch on the outside edge of the lock assembly, but I can't reach it unless I can remove the external door handle assembly which I can only do with the lock removed - which was what I was trying to do in the first place.
Can anyone help me out?
