Land Rover or an indi parts supplier will get them, and yes to them just drill holes in the roof, holes in the supports on the underside above the head lining will show you where.

Is that just the standard type?.
I should imagine that if you take down the head lining, you,ll probably see where the mounting points are. ( or the reinforcing for the fixings ).
Failing that, make a template or take some measurments of another one.
I,ve got one you can look at if your close to Cambridge.
