Roof rack gutter rails

Hi,
I am thinking of building my own roof rack with light bar attachments.
I am happy with all the welding and fabrication.
I was just wondering if anyone knew where to get just the gutter attachment mounts? Or are they easy enough to fabricate too? I can't seem to find them anywhere on the Internet.
