Roof Rack Fitting

quick question. will a roof rack designed to fit a disco II fit a disco I? and therefore fit my 90

If its any help.....

I have Thule roof bars originally bought for Disco 1 that fits me Disco II,
also been given an aluminium rack for a Disco 1 , that fits my disco II.

I would agree, the Disco II is bigger than a Disco I but probably not enough to affect you swapping roofracks though. I would say that if the length of your roofrack was a lot on your Disco II, it will look even bigger on your Disco 1 or may overhang by a few inches. I don't think the height from the gutters to the rooftop has changed between Disco 1 or 2 which is probably the most important thing.

cheers guys, thats a fair bit of help. will look out for the overhang and the front-back length to see how it suits my 90.
