Roof coming away from A pillar

I have found the a-piller has come away from the roof at the front of the defender.
What's the best way to fix this?

Roofliner down jobbie isnt it?
Any tips on doing this? I have bought some Sikaflex to seal it once i tighten the bolts which hold the roof down

If it structurally sound I would just sikaflex the gaps up.
