Roof bar thingies

Anyone know where I can get some, preferably in the U.K., 'cause car stuff out here is bloody expensive.

Also I need black plastic wheel nut and centre cap covers for mine (I only need them for one wheel, but a full set will do) - a point in the right direction would be appreciated.
