External cage wanted for 110 station wagon.

They come up on eBay now and again but the sellers have always forgotten to remove the "hidden" structural parts.

I'm in Devon, but have a working vehicle, some of the time...

Depending on how good you are with a welder… get a kit form & build yourself.
Now there are 2 ways. Front hoop across the front screen or up from footwell/bulkhead outrigger going rearward to the hoop behind the seats.then weld a straight tube across to join these above the screen & removable by air vents.
extend the rear crossmember to keep the braces out the rear of the motor.

Used a few companies for race cages.
And built some space frames from a pile of tube for fun.

I reckon, if it comes to it, I'll just buy one new.

What bothers me in this plan is that, a while back, I mailed an eBay seller who's (complete) cage had gone unsold (id not seen it, else I'd have bought it).

He told me he couldn't get rid of it, and ended up just cutting it up and taking it to the scrappies!

There are double cab cages on FB market place right now (have been there for months without selling) so I just keep thinking that, if I wait, a station wagon one will show up.

...but I'm still waiting and it has not!

Now all my cages were for 90 or truck cabs so only had 1 hoop. Do 110 have the hoop behind the passenger or just the front?

Just had a thought… @bankz5152 has had both he may have a bit more knowlage in designs (thanks for you help)

You can get this one, which has an internal bar between drivers and 2nd row -

Or this one, which is exactly the same, but without the internal hoop -

My partner is adamant that she wants no internal stuff, but the external is the same on both anyway.
