Have you bought them from Richmond Stupot? If you have you won't be disappointed. I have hammerited the edge of the floor pan that is just visible beneath the doors and it hardly notices now.
Dont trim the flanges until you have offered them up and aligned them. I only trimmed mine to make sure they were aligned 'fore and aft'. I'm 'well happy with them and at £95 a pair they are good value.
All I could do with now is some skateboard, non-slip tape to stop people slipping if they use the sliders as steps!

Thanks - so I have ordered the right think at least!!!110 version will be longer and mounts differently, usually bolts/brackets front and rear plus a bracket in the middle that fits around chassis. No tubular attachment on 110
