road noise

hello all seem to be getting a lot of road noise at the mo checked all tyre pressures all ok also checked prop bearings as best i can doesnt seem much play also tyres all good anything else i could check for cheers all

Could it be tyre wear? Try swapping the tyres from front to back and do a test drive. Does the sound move with it?

probably prop bearings,you want feel any play,due to design of freeklander the noise travels through the drive train

It might not be road noise,have you checked your gearbox,ird and rear diff oil levels.

thanx for all the replies tryed changeing the wheels round no change will check the oil levels next will let you no how i get on

Freewheel it down a hill in neutral with the window open. That'll help rule out some of the driveline.
