Hello! So I’ve had some water/mud through my engine after the air box wasn’t seated properly.

now I get black smoke on acceleration which I didn’t before

a ton of blow by (enough to make the oil cap dance when unscrewed)

and a kinda lumpy idle, misfires when cold.

Now before I commit to writing the engine off is there anything I’m missing? If i had these issues without the amount of blowby I’m seeing id be more inclined to look into them, but I’m thinking the easiest thing now is get a standard disco and swap all my good bits over to it or one with a decent engine and rotten body/chassis and swap the engine?
 
Compression test on the 4 cylinders, cant do fifth as no glow plug
Laser gun on ex manifold see which cylinder aint making the same heat?
