Do what was done by owners in the past, buy the discs and callipers plus alter pipe to suit, the hardest part is the disc replacement. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-RTC6776P for an example.

Ive done this conversion :)
Firstly it was an edc abs model & I removed every bit of the abs system including the master cylinder & servo
I should mention it was an auto & I converted it to a manual,I used early disco v8 calipers all round & uprated vented discs.
The pluming for the calipers... I made 2 small pipes onto a home made bracket for 2 flexis
then up to a tee piece on the inner wing so 2 pipes in each side & one pipe running to the master cylinder.
You don't need two flexis but I though it looked more professional than a simple tee piece down at the caliper.

:)

So it looks like might be only standard on an Anniversary, and we'd need another Anniversary owner to jump in and say yea or nay to that, OR one of the two non-mechanical previous owners had it done, for reasons best known to them. Anyway, thanks for the frightener re pads falling out. D1 is off the road and I had been meaning to fit the vented discs again just, as with life in general, never got round to it. Now I really want to get it back on the road so, once the welding is done I can look at doing all the recommisssioning work and include this in it. Has not been driven hardly at all since 2014.
