Probably.

The stud pattern is the same but you will have to use nuts which are
compatible with the Discovery. Early series nuts were 9/16" BSF which
are not.

Other than that the only sure way is to try them. Be especially careful
if the old rims are SDC (split) rims - the studs/nuts holding the two
halves together might contact the calliper.

The offset is different (how different depends on whether LWB or SWB) but
the stud pattern is the same on 2a/Disco 1.

but you'll have to hammer the centre's out to get them on the hubs.
Some may say that's Not A Good Thing.
