Yes, we wil be there with our two vehicles (4x4 Overlander). Feel free to come and say hi.
Whilst the talks can be extremely useful it is a good place to look at vehicles which have actually travelled and talk to their owners. It is important to check if the actual owner has actually travelled with the vehicle.
This weekend is a good weekend for the would be/novice overlander to the experienced overlander as it is a place to swop ideas/information/advice etc.
So if you are interested in overland travel I would strongly recommend that you go. The ticket price used to be £10/vehicle including camping and lunch for two days

Brendan, will see you there. Saw your post on LRO and you were on my list to visit! Will you have any goods on display? Btw, price this year is a giddy £15 ! Still an absolute bargain! Sam looking for payment (cheque) in advance if poss this year.

We will have some goods displayed plus stuff to sell. If you are intersted in looking at anything in particular let us know and I make sure that we will take them with us. This weekend is predominantly an exchange of information weekend rather then a buying/selling weekend.
Besides ourselves Kev from Mudstuff, Kevin from Nene, Paul from Myway Tents are normally their along with various tour companies.

TBH, I dont know how he does it for the price.
Its info Im after really rather than buying. As you said in earlier post, talking to the people who have done it and to look at what kit they take.

There was me thinking you loved overland travel G! It is only a few miles north of the Watford Gap AND this RGS overland weekend is in Gods only county!
Hope African went well YOU could contribute well to this weekend G. If you think I am an insomniac that is not true, just abroad on a non LR trip
