RF receiver pinout

Good morning,
due to several problems with the immobilizer of my P38, I thought of changing the rf receiver. But before I would test it.
Does anyone have the pinning of the 3 wire connector ? One I think is ground, one 12V supply and one should be data (which delivers the code to the Bcem). With the correct pin-out it should be possible to check the signal with an oscilloscope.

Use a multi-meter and check for voltage/earth, remaining wire must be signal???...........

You will be able to check that there is a waveform on the signal wire, but you will not know if it is a valid waveform. A faulty receiver can produce all sorts of garbage Easier to check that the BECM is receiving a valid code with Faultmate or Nanocom.

Thank you very much for the fast replies.

Esp. for the hint with the multimeter, that could work - but if there is a low-active signal I will have +12V on the supply and the dataline - right ?

It's true, I will not be able to see if the waveform is valid - but if there is no wave at all the receiver surely is dead ... btw. I don't have access to a Rovacam, Faultmate etc. - That's the problem :-(

I will try the multimeter.

Another question, do you thnik it's better do disconnect the receiver if it doesn't work. This could prevent the BECM from getting more ob the garbage-signals ;-).

Disconnect antenna, blue cable, your remote will only work on short distance and replace receiver when you have the new model like this: eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
My remote only works close up to receiver outside the car and has been like that for 3 month now due to disconnected antenna. Lots of trobles before with interference from my wireless devices, broadband etc.
