RF Door and Window not working

Hi, I was fixing the tailgate switch as I could not get negative from RF door switch( I have checked the CDL switch and it was not reading as it should according to following website P38 Range Rover Central Locking Door Lock Actuator CDL Switch Test Part 1-P38 Range Rover Electrical Common faults and Fixes), I disconnected all connections on the door, including from door outlet and checked the continuity till becm one by one and all is right, although I found that CDL switch needs changing, now I cannot operate RF door at all, window is not responding to the switch and I cannot lock the door with key fob, I can lock the car with remote control key and RF door manually but if I open the RF door no alarm. only thing that works in RF door is a speakers. I did try to re synchronize but it did not work. some one mentioned that if CDL switch is not working you cannot synchronize. is this true? has my disconnections of the plugs has something to do with this problem? why Window? is this part of the locking system? and another thing , on the door outlet, one spot, it getting very worm, is it normal? or something starting to burn in circuit? please help

Nothing should get warm,sounds like a short, poss the easy way out would be to replace CDL and the loom from that door.?
