Reving it's nuts off -the return

hi everyone i thort i give a update on REVING ITS NUTS OFF from new year well the turbo stuffed the engine in the end... so me and my mate pete LANDYOWNER got a disco 200tdi for parts a big thanks to pete went to devon for it ... so nearly there on fitting a 200tdi with gearbox and tranfer box in one had a bit of a job getting engine out of disco front engine mounts was a bugger to get lose.. but the full set up went into the 90 with ease with the help of the works stacker truck ..welded engine mounts more foward than the original ones with the disco box being longer but all fitted lovly.. even the fan and radiater pipe and hoses fitted lovly .put dico air filter in place of wash bottle and putting that on the other side...today making a new housing for the gearbox lever now... looks good in the engine bay with no long pipes just original ones ..so hope to be in the fast lane in my 90 keep up with the discos now...and a big thanks to LANDYOWNER for the help ...

Nearly done then mate, that's a good job you've done on the 90, the engine looks like it's allways been there. Great job on the gearlever as well.

well yesterday we plonkt the starter wire on and the fuel stop wire and it fired up first time .. we was gob smackt as they say... it drives lovly as well as you can see the engine looks good with it moved forward . i have now fitted the disco airbox in the place of the washer bottle was and putting the washer bottle on the bulkhead ...
