Reversing Light wiring

Hi everyone
I have a reversing light issue. I get 12V both sides of the switch but nothing at the actual lights (both off). Earth appears fine so I guess its a break between the switch and the lights. Can anyone tell me where the 'Header Joint K109' is located. Everything else is working fine (or as well as can be expected!). BTW its a 1.8 on an R plate.
