Replaced the foam on Saturday with the standard LR part. Unable to finish the job because as has been said all my screws disintegrated when I took them out. New ones on order. Think the foam last about 4 years as this is the second time I've replaced it.

Too right. Mine didn't last long. When I can be bothered I am going to make one out of wire mesh.
