I fit my new master cylinders today (90569126G, https://www.paddockspares.com/master-cylinder-s2-2a-trw-lucas.html) and found the threads on my new reservoir to master cylinder pipes don't fit the inlet ports. They did fit the inlet ports of the old masters I've taken off.
Having ordered 1/4" pipes described as for a 2/2A, and master cylinders described as for a 2/2A, I'm wondering if an adaptor might be a safer bet than trying to order other parts to try and get lucky. Anyone fit these same master cylinders recently? It goes without saying the paperwork that came with the cylinders doesn't tell you what thread the inlet port is and I can't find any 1/4" pipes for sale online that clarify what thread the fittings are!
