I am replacing the timing chest on my 110 which has disco 200tdi fitted as the idler stud has stripped the threads in the casing while running and threw the idler. This has made a mess of both the rear section and front timing cover. I have sourced and ordered replacements, and am now in the process of gathering the other parts which will be needed to swap them over.
Does anyone have the parts manual for a discovery 200tdi? I have the defender one (below) and need the discovery equivalents of gasket 5 and 6.

Also if anyone has any pointers on how to carryout the job that would be very much appreciated. I have stripped the timing belt off, and the next stage will be to remove the crank and cam sprocket and remove the injector pump.

I thought I'd already answered this partly?
Don't know the gasket part numbers but a quick Google will bring them up, they are available individualy.
You don't need to remove the injector pump just the 3 nuts on the back holding it to the chest.

You had on the other thread, many thanks. The post duplicated as I originally posted in the discovery section (here) and then tried to cancel to post in the defender section.
