Hi.

While replacing the crankshaft pulley on my DSE I managed to crack the tensioner lever  It's still doing it's job but I'm sure it will desintegrate soon, so I'm hoping to replace it before it goes.
I was confindent that it would just be a question of removing the drive belt, removing the tensioner bolt and then the large allen bolt that holds the tensioner lever in place. But looking at Microcat I see that there's an o-ring there. Hmmm.. if I remove the lever will there be lots of engine oil pouring out ? What else could this o-ring be sealing ?

Hi Mcapinha - nobody ever replied to your post - did you manage to sort this? I have the same problem... except mine has let go :-( (see other thread)

Cheers

Jerry
