Looking to replace the Aerial for a dual FM/AM and DAB Aerial

In this clip it shows a dual Aerial


Any recommendations on something similar?

I used my standard Aerial and got a splitter aerial lead fm/am dab from the stereo and it worked fine.

Think I got it off eBay for about £13

This is similar to what a bought. But managed to find a uk supplier.
