Replacing Inner wing

Inner wing flopping about a bit, it's rusted through at the top where it seems to be bolted on the the wing top. Is replacing it just a bolt off bolt on replacement or do I need a welder

or more pop rivets

unless its made of steel which i doubt very much its aluminuim spelt wrong bolt it or rivet both do the same job easy way is take off the whole wing that way you can see what you are doing and its not such a big job

Do you mean the mudshield that is bolted on the footwell and the top of the wing. This is made of steel and will rust. You can get replacements.
