Replacing front differential of Disco 2 td5 with a V8.

I have been offered a V8 differential from a Disco 2 to replace the unit on my td5. Is this unit a suitable replacement

Thanks Hippo, I have removed diff from my Disco and it certainly not as sweet as the replacement I have obtained. I’ll report back when The jobs finished. Fingers crossed
