After working through the Classic misting and lack of demisting action in my 06 td4 hse. I came to get the AC ré gassed. Suspected leak in the condenser. I ordered a new one. Anyone replaced one? How much work and what needs to come off? I couldn't find it in the archives so if someone could point me in the right direction..

Many thanks

For anyone else who finds this post as a dead end. Not a difficult procedure. Bumper off, front scrivets top and bottom and wheel arch liners . Reach behind liner at front to find the last two bolts. Disconnect lower lamps. Bumper off. Intercooler off. Finally condenser . Two o rings to replace or turn around and reuse. It's getting the bumper off that's more time consuming.!

More datailed than my response and therefore of more use, but I do remember to get to the bolt at the end I did take out the bolts along the top of the wing to get to the bolt at the end of the bumper as the caged nut was knackered on one side. I carefully bent the wing back as its plastic to get a long extension down to the bolt.
I'd say a second pair of hands when putting the bumper back on would be of help...
